Dragan Petrović Pavle, academic painter and artist, was born in 1962 in Kosovska Mitrovica. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade, after which he spent some time working in France and Cyprus. He has been a member of the ULUS association since 1989. With his works, he participated in several group exhibitions in Serbia. Until now, fans of painting have surely had the opportunity to enjoy the beauty and strangeness of his depictions of exotic animals, still lifes and young ballerinas, caught in a moment of respite from strenuous exercise. The colors he likes to use most often range from yellow-gold to red-brown tones, with blue and green serving as accents. In Petrović's works, we recognize old themes of fine art, but with a modern look and enriched with the author's personal touch.
